DEPOSIT & PAYMENT


- A minimum deposit of 30% of the full amount (plus a banking fee) is required to confirm your reservations.
-The balance will be paid at least 7 working days before the tour executed.



CANCELLATION POLICY:

-Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the full amount:
    *29-21 days prior to arrival day:     10%.
    *20-11 days prior to arrival day:     25%.    
    *10-03 days prior to arrival day:     50%.    
    *48 hours prior to arrival day:         75%.    
    *Within 24 hours/No show:             100%.
