Day 01:
- Arrive from Ho chi Minh city at around the noon, greeting at Cai Be
  harbor and boat trip of half hour to Mekong Lodge
- Check-in bungalows
- Lunch is served in the nice restaurant with the special day-menu
- Afternoon walking visit to the homes factories of Candy and
  handicraft near by the village
- Diner in restaurant, special evening menu
- Riverside Bar are open until mid-night

Day 02:

- Breakfast in the restaurant
- Early morning boat trip to the bustling floating market, shopping the
  ingredient for the cooking class in the evening
- Full day walking or cycling tour in the island and also to the
  Tan Phong Island
- Go to one of the orchard, free fruits picking of mango, rambutan,
  longan…
- Cooking class in the late afternoon. Diner.
- Riverside Bar are open until mid-night

Day 03 :

- Full morning relax in Mekong Lodge after 2 days of activities
- Boat transfer to Cai be harbor and catch your bus again to Ho Chi Minh
